I think it's when the baby is more the left or right. Left is a boy, right is a girl, and I could be totally wrong. But your baby is in the middle so I don't know haha.

It's based on where the yolk sac/placenta is, not the baby.

I finally just googled it and found this article that explains it pretty well I think. Going by this theory I'm having my 3rd girl! :)
