Measuring small !

Anyone else measuring behind ? I'm measuring 2 weeks behind on everything, my ultrasounds  and my uterus . I'm supposed to be 28 weeks but measuring 26 which wouldn't be any concern but if my next appointment I don't grow , I'll have to see a specialist . My midwife told me it might even be my placenta not giving all the nutrients and I would have to get induced as early as 37 weeks . I'm just really nervous and scared
