Tmi- prepregnancy bladder issues

A little TMI here. I'm 31 weeks, 4th baby. I had some stress incontinence issues before becoming pregnant and now with pregnancy is magnetized. Problem is last 2 days all I have to do is sit down and I feel small gush. Feels like I'm constantly wet. Went to dr yesterday and he said baby has plenty of fluid around him so no worries. I'm a little worried though, what if it's a small amniotic leak? 2/3 of my girls water full blown ruptured, but #2 was just leaking. Has anyone else had this pre-pregnancy bladder issues?
