Itching and soreness!

I've got itching and soreness in my genital area. Discharge is normal, no funny colours etc. just looks a little red. Never had unprotected vaginal sex - only once the condom slipped off and noticed after a minute or so. Wondering if it's just irritation from a fabric conditioner or similar in clothes, jeans too tight around that area etc. Any ideas of what it may be?
