Is this normal?

I am 32 weeks today and i had a small amount of discharge that was clear sticky stretchy and thick.. it was probably about.. a but bigger than a pea sized?

Not to be gross but this is my second and I have loads of discharge. I wear a pad... It's normal per dr.

Yes it's normal it's just your baby breaching lower and lower he/she is making you discharge more and more nothing to worry about unless you want to tell your doctor about it
