What could these heart racing spells be?

I'm 30 weeks. They just started a couple of weeks ago. I will get really hot,my heart will race, & my I get shortness of breath. My BP has always been good,tested negative for GD,& it's not stress or anxiety. What could this be? FTM

OMG this has been happening to me non stop lately! I'm almost 29 weeks, Bloodwork is fine, tested for GD and I'm good there, can't figure it out! I already have anxiety, but this is definitely making it worse. The racing heart gets me, which causes my shortness of breath.. Then I feel like I'm going to pass out. Scary. 😖 I'm just ready to have my baby girl NOW!

Get your iron tested if you havent already. Apparently mine was due to low iron, however I still have the spells almost everyday. Today was the first day I finally felt great, I think the iron pills finally kicked in :)

I was feeling similar a few weeks ago. It was an electrolyte issue. I drink plenty of water but wasn't getting enough electrolytes. I now drink a glass of water in the morning with lemon, magnesium and honey. It hasn't happened since.

Mine does the same. It's heart palpitations. Your hormones can cause it since they are constantly changing. Talk to your doctor about it. Hope this helps!

I had the same, Doctor tested my iron. Turns out I'm anemic. Get your iron tested if you haven't already.

I've been getting this since I was 8 years old, for me it's anxiety. Standing up and putting your hands above your head will help you catch your breath.

I'm also 30 weeks and have been experiencing this. It makes me feel like I'm going to faint. Had an ekg today bc heart rate was in 130s but won't have any results until tomorrow.

I had the same thing happen to me and I found out I was anemic. So I take additional iron pills and have been doing way better. No more dizziness, headaches, and heart pounding out of my chest. Good luck I hope you feel better
