I think I'm having a miscarriage

Again... I miscarried in March and I am not about 4-5 weeks based on my ultrasound and I tested positive 3 week ago. Well today I started pink/brown spotting and now it's turning red. I don't know how to handle this.. I don't know if I want to try for another baby after this...
