So mad I could punch her

So my dear neighbor who also happens to be my "friend" moved over the weekend. Well a few months ago she got 2 kittens for her daughter. Cant take them with her. So what does she do leaves them outside! Wtf I could seriously 👊 her in the face right now. Im so pissed. I cant have them. My bf has a bad pet allergy. I just went out to see if I could find them so I could feed and water them and one of the babies has a scrath on her face. I text my "friend" to tell her she needs to take them to a shelter and she ignored me. Wtf. So I told my bf I was going to take them to the shelter tomorrow and he says leave them alone it's not your business. Ugh. Im 23w5d pregnant and so hormonal it makes me cry for these poor babies.
