Sweep....possible labour right now?!

So I had sweep number 2 yesterday morning, had some mild bleeding afterwards and on/off tightenings in my tummy that were quite far apart all day. I have come to bed and was quite tired so fell asleep - but woken up around 1.30 needing to go to the loo. Since then I've been quite uncomfortable in bed and the tightenings in my stomach are getting really regular - between 3 and 4 minutes, so far timed 7 at those timings. The timer is telling me to go hospital....but I've been before with the timer because I've had Braxton Hicks for weeks!! They feel more intense than what I've had before and definitely more bang on 3-4 minutes! Should I wake up my maternity and ring the hospital?! I'm going to hospital to see a consultant in 5 hours anyway so don't want to make a mountain out of a mole hill! I just worry they would be a lot more painful than this if it was anything real.....!! I hate not knowing what to do!!! Any advice?! Attached a pic of my about to burst bump too!!
