Baby moving furniture!!??

Ok i know babies move alot...but oh my! My daughter moves so much all the time to the point where, im feeling sore in certain places. It's like she is moving furniture around since getting bigger. Im 30 weeks. Then when she finally settles down, im in pain . My stomach, sides, and pelvic areas are so sore. I have to take a Tylenol. This didn't happen with my son (and he has ADHD!). Does anybody else have baby or babies that moves furniture around? If so how to do get rid of soreness without popping a pill.
