So lately I've been feeling very sleepy , really sore breasts tissue & constant urination

So lately I've been feeling very sleepy , really sore breasts tissue & constant urination. Today at about 10:30 PM my husband and I noticed that my nipples were very dark and filled with veins (almost bruised lookin) so we decided to take a pregnancy test little did we know we got a big fat positive very faint line but I would only be about 14 days pregnant I'm thanking God for this blessing because I was praying my butt off all month long thank you God !!! & thank you glow for helping me on this journey and helping me keep track!
