Period like cramps for a few hours now

It's been an emotional long day for me though. Grandma was in the hospital she took a spill. But she's okay. 😊 on top of that tonight I am upset about the men and women in blue being murdered in my state just a few miles north. Maybe the emotions got me cramping. I don't know but I got my sweep 2 days ago. Lost my plug something FEIRCE this morning. Like a lot. Maybe I could be entering labor! Just had a painless contraction to just now.
