Please help this is torture

Okay so my periods come really heavy at the point when I leak through 2 nighttime pads with wings and a towel under me now I have to put a garbage back under the towel as well that's gross ! I'm tired of ruining my sheets and cute underwear I've tried the pill but it made me too sick it just wasn't for me .. Do you have any idea of what i can do or how I can make my period lighter
