Membrane stripped and lost of mucus plug

So, I am 40 weeks and 6 days pregnant.  In Wednesday I had a doc appointment went in to get my membrane stripped and to talk about inducing my labor.  They scheduled me for Saturday night, I am very excited and extremely nervous at the same time.  After having my membrane stripped, being a FTM 1 cm opened,  it was very uncomfortable, and yes you will see a lot of spotting.  I also began having a lot of irregular contractions.  Yesterday I had another appointment as well and got stripped for the second time like around 4:30pm, it was much more intense than the first time.  My contractions still comes irregular but a bit more stronger.  Woke up now at 5 am to use the bathroom and a huge chunk of my mucus plug came out! Now I just have to wait to see what will happen next!!! Keep you posted!
