35+4 & Baby is ready! Help!

So I went to get my normal NST done Monday, July 4th, but I had to do it at the hospital since my doctor's office was closed. They ended up keeping me over night since I was having regular contractions, some every 2-3min apart. They weren't painful, just cramping. They checked my cervix since it hasn't been checked this pregnancy yet & I was 4 cm dilated & hard, the next time I was 4 & 50% effaced, then, 5 & 50, lastly before they sent me home I was 5 almost 6 (cervix was very stretchy) & 60%. Doc says she won't do anything to stop labor & won't do anything to help either. Had another NST yesterday, July 7th, & an OB appointment & she says baby's been measuring bigger. Last week he was measuring 35 weeks & this week he's measuring 37 which may be why my body is trying to go into labor (My oldest was born at 37 weeks exactly).

What should I do?! I'm starting to have more & more back pain, ive hust loss my mucus plug but they won't admit me until my water has broken (didn't break until I was at the hospital with my oldest), I have bleeding or my contractions become more intense! I'm so very uncomfortable..
