Question:  We are trying for #2.  #1 was easy!  Went to the dr said I want to have a baby he said okay if you aren't pregnant in 3 months come back and we will try something to help.  3 weeks later (No opks, nothing) I was pregnant!  This time around...this is starting our 4th cycle (I know that isn't that bad, but my cycles are 40-45 days each!!!). AF visits on the 41st day (meaning cycle is 40 days each time) I've been using. The smep, opk shows positive around the 24-26 day. Then 14-15 days later AF visits.  Could my body be showing that I'm gearing up to ovulate but I'm not?  I mean my CP reaches the SHOW stage, never really have ewcm (it's thin and we add preseed). A year or so ago I was diagnosed with insulin resistance. I had the awful nexplanon. Controlled with diet, cycles got back to normal.  About 4-5 months ago cycles went from 28 days to 40. Wondering if it's my insulin resistance flavoring again.  I've started my metformin back, vitex, epo, maca, etc.  anyone have experience with long cycles and getting pregnant or not ovulating?  TIA
