Boyfriend broke up with me: think I'm pregnant

So when me and my boyfriend were going out I always have had a huge suspicion that I was pregnant as we had sex around my ovulation date unprotected 😭 I've been having really bad boobs and I have felt sick all day literally! My period is due soon , and I didn't tell him when I suspected because I wanted to be sure. But now he's broke up with me because he basically has really close friends like brothers and long story short they peer pressured him. I still love him and I'm so young! I don't know what to do if I might be pregnant , also I'm a strong disagreerer in abortions 😫😫😫😫
