Lower back pain😩

My pregnancy so far (18 weeks) has been a breeze. And 2 days ago my back just started hurting out of no where, like the pain was unbearable. So I went to the chiropractor today and I have a pinched nerve. I have a job where I sit all day and it's just not helping.... I want it to feel better right away but the only upside is a get some massage therapy outta it. Hope this horrible pain goes away quickly.
