Pregnancy and dogs

Does anybody else get super annoyed by their dog since getting pregnant? I love my dog I just can never have alone time or space which is something I'd like right now sometimes. Especially since I know having a baby I won't have it lol. I just feel bad she gets tons of attention and love I just need space sometimes. It's driving me nuts and my husband doesn't understand.
