Pregnant with cramps/pelvic pain
I'm not sure how far along I am but I have my first appointment. I'm guessing I'm between 6-8 weeks. Probably closer to 6. Anyhow, I've had cramping (lower back- like period cramps) and pelvic pain (ovary? area) for about 3 weeks now. No bleeding. I did have spotting before I got a positive but I now assume that was implantation bleeding.
Anyhow is it normal to have cramps and pelvic pain? I'm trying to not stress but it took is two years to conceive so I'm nervous about everything.
