Semen analysis

We are at 11 months of trying my doctor has checked me everything is fine as far as they can see I ovulate every month right on time. They want me to do a HSG next cycle just to be safe and they started me on letrozole next cycle she said it could boost the quality of the Sperm and eggs but she also wants my husband to see a urologist for a semen analysis. He is going to go next month but isn't thrilled about it. He wont admit it but I think he is nervous about the outcome so am I. Anyone gone through this with their husband? What was the outcome. What do you say or do to boost their morale if there is issues?
