Advice please

Ok hello supporters. As I am here to support you ladies as well. I have a concern. I haven't felt ovulation this month but that didn't stop me from baby dancing. So 6 days after my expected ovulation date, I began to have light pink spotting that night and the beginning of the next day. I had hot flashes. And stuffy nose. Tender breast and tingling nipples. Any ideas? Or could that have been my ovulation
