Ok ladies I need serious help... I'm currently on a weight loss journey to get healthy (obviously) and to feel good about myself but. I'm so afraid of the weight loss bc my body type is an apple and I wanna have a nice shape so based on the pic do u guys think I have a chance of getting my body to look portioned? What are some exercises I can do to jump start my weight loss? I'm clueless.
P.s I'm sensitive about my body and I'm open to criticism but pls don't be mean and rude me posting this pic really took courage. And my butts not that flat either lol
