Dont know how to feel

So I have 2 going on 3boys and my mom just told me she does not want to even bond with my new baby. I'm not sure if I should be happy or sad about this. My mom is a compulsive control freak who is also bipolar/manic. She likes to force her ways on everyone so I kinda think this is a good thing. She basically said she will watch my 8&3year old all day long but the baby she will not.
