With my first two kids, my mucus plug looked like an actual plug, it wasn't just a glob of mucus.  It was blood streaked and clearish yellow.  There was ALOT.

I know for some people it comes out in little bits and some people don't even notice losing theirs.

No that look like cervical mucous but not the plug the plug is bigger and shaded with pink

I had the same thing happen to me like 30 minutes ago !! I always read that the mucus plug was pink or red but I asked and its normal to be white too. I think that is your mucus plug.
