Friends not understanding what it's like being pregnant

How did everyone deal with being the first person to have a baby out of their friend group? I'm still pretty young and they don't understand what I'm going though.  Some people are being supportive and some aren't... Of course I talk about being pregnant a lot because it has changed every aspect of my life. I don't do it to "steal the spotlight" 😒. And after the baby is born I'll only talk about it more. Help 😩😓
