Best Friends Wedding

So my best friend of 12 years just got engaged yesterday and they are thinking their date will be around the first two weeks of January. I'm so disappointed because I will be over 30 weeks pregnant at the time and she lives in California (I'm in Washington) and I won't be able to attend. I'm in tears! Is it selfish of me to want to ask them to get married earlier so I can be part of their day?(I wouldn't ever actually ask them)  My husband doesn't even want me to think about flying down that far along in my pregnancy :(
