HPV positive

So I recently went to the doctor and a Pap smear, second one in a year. This time and last I tested positive for high risk HPV and I had a bacterial infection. Both times I took an antibiotic for a week. This time recently my pap show I was still positive and had some abnormal cells and need to go to ob-gyn to get a cystoscope done to see what's going on and wether they want to do a biopsy. I go this Friday and I am very nervous about the outcome. I've had two partners not at the same time and used condoms all the time with both, but there were times I didn't with one of them. I have not had sex for three months, hadn't had sex for a month when I got my pap smear..still won't till I know what's going on..any info you can give me I'm so scared.
