Ugh the nightmares are back!

Its 3:35am I'm in here because I woke up at the beginning of one and I'm scared to go back to sleep and have that nightmare it's a nightmare that I've had more than 3 times it scares me when I have same nightmare I think it means something but I don't know why. In this case i dream I'm in my aunts house which isn't her real home just one in my dream and there's a freakin haunted room where stuff happens when I'm there baby sitting for her today though it was like a continuation someone else lived there and asked me to come talk to her she kept showing pics of stuff appearing and a baby appearing in her pics she was crying and trying to tell me stuff but my ears were so plugged I couldn't hear her that's when I woke up ugh ugh ugh I know it's just a nightmare but it's so scary to me 😔
