Who's the father

Basically a drunk night turned into a heap of problems now. Let's say the one night stand's name is Mike. Mike and I had protected sex through the night. No birth control February 4. (Period ended Feb. 2). 
Let's say the man I believe to be the father's name is Allen. Allen and I had sex February 8, and the 10th. Both unprotected, no birth control. I am currently 23 weeks and 2 days as of today July 12, 2016. My estimated due date was November 3 and actual due date became November 5. 
I know how this sounds and only a paternity test can truly determine but any help and guidance would be extremely helpful. And prayers because I'm really hoping it is "Allen". His entire family is excited although we aren't together and it's been an uphill battle. We're definitely getting a paternity test but I can see him being a way better father vs. Mike. Mike would have no little to no involvement.
