Birth Control Weight
I was on the Depo shot for 2 years and i obviously gained weight. Ive been off of it for 2 years now and i still weigh the same weight that i gained! I changed my eating habits and added excersise to my life way before i even got off the shot just to loose the weight i had currently gained but nothing seems to work. Has anyone had the same issue?
