scared to lose virginity

so me and my fiancé are waiting until our wedding night to have sex and honestly it's giving me so much anxiety. We are both virgins and clearly kinda clueless and sheltered and I'm scared of what he will think of my body. I've always had a bigger labia and although he's never been with another woman I'm scared that because of what his friends have told him, he will think that my vulva isn't normal and that I've been with other people which made me 'loose'. He hasn't watched porn and he isn't super educated when it comes to female bodies. I've worried about it so much that I've even considered surgery to make my labia smaller and more attractive.. I guess what I'm trying to say is that I'm really insecure about my body and I'm hoping someone here can give me advice about how to more confident with my body and how to let my fiancé know that it's just my anatomy and that I really am a virgin.
