Boyfriend bday this weekend

So it's my boyfriend bday this weekend and I wanted to plan something super cute and romantic. And right now he just ask me if he can go to Cali with his brother and sister and her boyfriend. I told him no is that bad . I really love him but he has cheated on me in the past so I have major trust issues like no even kidding . I always take him to places with me like he went to Rocky point with my family but I don't get invited ??? Idk
