What's the best type of cloth diapers?

Hey, I'm a new mom expecting my first child, and I was torn between getting organic diapers, or cloth diapers. But have finally decided to do cloth. Only thing is I'm not sure which cloth diapers to get. Can anyone give me some advice on what the best cloth diapers are. (cost and absorbency and adjustableness)

Go to fluffloveuniversity.com. They have a ton of info which is where I learned a lot.

I am planning on using floursack towels and a diaper cover. That way it is a lot cheaper than the All-in-ones and I can use the cover multiple times without washing it. I myself am having trouble on finding where I would buy some though.

My friends uses cloth diapers with inserts. So they have to pre-stuff them before they put them on their child, and then they still have to wash it all when the change him. Seems like more work to me, but I never really talk to them about it.

Are you US or elsewhere? I'm in the UK and used The Nappy Lady, you fill out a questionnaire with loads of info and she makes recommendations based on your needs and circumstances. I'm going to try a two part system with microfibre as we don't have a dryer and baby is due October so won't be doing much line drying for a while!! Microfibre dries so fast so is perfect for us. Bamboo is very good bit takes so long to dry.
