NEED YOUR THOUGHTS

I'm sharing this photo because this is my 18 month old cousin. He has retinoblastoma cancer in his eye, there is a huge tumor in his eye which causes loss of vision. If the tumor does not shrink He will lose his eye. Today I shared this photo from a family members page just asking For prayers. Do you think that's so wrong? Apparently I'm only Asking for likes like what😂 AND THEN some rude asshole called him "fetty wap" like how is that funny at all? The person thinks it's not that serious BUT THIS IS A CHILD WITH CANCER.
