Calling as organist
I think it's so funny how you can sometimes totally tell what calling you are going to get. We just moved in and they found out I play the piano quite well and I can fake it on the organ really well too. (Just can't use the pedals)
So first they asked in the hallway on my 2nd Sunday there
Counselor: "I heard you play the piano, can you also play the organ "
Me: "yes"
Counsellor:" so when will you be having th baby?"
Me: "2 weeks"
Counsellor : and how soon do you come back to church?"
Me:"4-5 weeks"
Counsellor:" hmmm so you would be available around the beginning of September. Great."
Lol. So obvious. But hey, that's a sweet calling right after having a baby. I hope I'm right. 😀😀😕
