Alergic reaction ?

I have those little pimples that are itchy it start on one arm and now I'm starting to have them on the other arm as well I'm 38 weeks pregnant do you think it can be pregnancy related or just a reaction to something but nothing change in the product I used ? I have an appointment with my ob but only on the 19th.
