Curious!

I'm pregnant not sure how far along tho. I already have 3 kids and with them I was sick all the time. Had a blighted ovum and d and c in this past September and then got pregnant in Feb with a chemical pregnancy. Now I'm pregnant again and wasn't even trying or keeping up with my periods but my pregnancy test are really positive. My question is do you have to have morning sickness during pregnancy or is it OK not sure? I'm worried I'll lose this baby to. I go to the doctor on the 26th just wanting to see what everyone's thought were. Thank you
