Fun purchases for baby?

Has anyone made any fun purchases for baby? I'm 22 weeks with #3 so very little is {needed}, but Amazon Prime Day prompted this purchase- a definite upgrade over my last carrier purchased [second hand] 7 years ago!

I bought this off a Facebook swap and shop. I actually haven't bought anything except this. The clothes I have are gifts from family.

I don't know what gender the baby is yet. So all we have is a new swing, it turns into a seat. We got 4 blankets, and 3 new burp cloths. Other wise, nothing. We will shop when we find out at 26 weeks
