Opinions please!

Over the past three days I haven't been feeling "right" now I know how pregnancy goes and it honestly kicks your ass, I know this because I already have a two year old little girl, but I never got anything like this with her. The baby's been moving now and I found her heartbeat earlier but I just feel like something's off. But I keep getting these awful hot flashes and I'll feel like I'm going to pass out, nausea starts, I feel weak, chills, sweaty and my blood pressure feels like it goes through the roof. Oh and I usually get diarrhea when I get this too. I'm 23 weeks. I'm going to try and get into the doctor but what do you ladies think??
