The Bloat is Real...
I eat dinner early, like 5:00 every night. I do t feel like I eat huge portions, and I eat pretty healthy (baby really hates most of my favorite junk food so that's been out!). By 9pm shouldn't I NOT still feel hugely full and bloated out?!?! Anyone find a way to help this? I deliberately try to eat early so I can go to bed comfortably but I'm still not! Help!!!
