Need advice please!!! 🙏🙏🙏

So I found out I have PCOS at the end of March this year. 2 1/2 months ago I was put on metformin to help get my hormones back in balance. I had to be given Provera on April and June of this year to jump start my period. 3 weeks ago I was put on birth control to keep my uterine lining from thicken because I had a uterine septum that I was getting surgically removed.  Two days ago I started my sugar pills and have started my period. This is the first time I've gotten it since January without Provera. What I want to know is is this a good sign??? 🙏🙏🙏 I really hope so.
