Sudden vision problems?

I'm waiting for my Doctor's office to open so I can call and ask.....anyone else having sudden vision issues? I'm 38 weeks and last night had trouble seeing distances. It looks as if my right and left eye can't seem to coordinate to make one picture so everything is a bit distorted. It's a little better this morning, but still present. My BP has been normal this entire pregnancy and I don't have any swelling now. I don't have GD. Any thoughts?

Sounds like me. Depth perception started to fail on my second trimester. Just be really careful driving and make sure you leave lots od space between you and everything else. It should go away a couple of weeks after you deliver. Could also be a symptom of exhaustion if you aren't resting well. Good luck with it either way!

Sounds like it's common to have vision issues. I just hope for our sakes this goes away post baby. It's scary to think it will continue but we just don't know until it happens. 😤

Well, they can't find anything wrong. They gave me a referral to an ophthalmologist if it persists. I guess I'm just going to wait and see.

I've had problems the last couple weeks. I have nice sparkly floaters that zip around all day and sometimes little black spots. My BP has been low which can be a cause. Dr said my eyes are just tired and that's how they're coping lol

Well, I called and they don't seem horribly concerned, but are having me go in in a little over an hour.

I've had vision issues for past month. I have ocular migraines and they suck! I get them a couple of times a week. They were concerned with pre e but that's not my case. Keep us updated!

My first thought is blood pressure because that can come out of nowhere, even if it's been good all along. 
Do you have someone who can take you to the doc to be checked for pre-e? Sometimes you can develop pre-e and still have normal bp.

Go to the hospital-- that can be a sign of some serious issues and they always say to go in if you're that far in and have sudden vision problems. Better safe than sorry!
