Fever for 5 days

Hi ladies, I'm looking for opinions. Im currently 17 weeks and I've have had a fever since Saturday on and off accompanied by chills and a sore throat on the weekend only. Yesterday I spent the day at labor And delivery where they gave me two Ivs and tested me for every bacterial and viral things possible they blood, culture and urine. They gave me tylenols and as soon as my fever started receding they sent me home. Today my fever is coming back. I don't know what else to do. This is nuts. I really have tried to not take too many tylenols although I was cleared by my midwife, pcp and on at the hospital to do so. I just took some now to get my fever under control. They checked my babies vitals and she's ok. Not sure what else to do. Please say a prayer for us. ♥️
