Pregnant? Gave birth 11 weeks ago

Has anyone experienced pregnancy soon after giving birth? Or have some period symptoms but not all with their first returning period? My hubs and I had sex for the first time after birth and didn't use protection-only pulling out. I'm breastfeeding and we really didn't plan or have protection it just kinda happened. A couple days later I felt I was ovulating, lots of egg white cm for 2-3 days. Then about a week later I had a day of menstral like cramps and thought I was getting my first period but it never came. 😳 now I'm nervous. Anyone get cramps for their first period and no bleeding? I'm thinking I need to take a pregnancy test😫
