Has anyone that has used shipped sperm ttc at home that was mixed with test yolk buffer? If so, can you please tell me how you let the sperm separate from the TYB? I am on my second cycle and I definitely know now that the TYB should not be inserted with the sperm. What thawing process did you use and how did you tell the difference between the two once separated?
