Boobs 😩

I'm 18 years old, and I just BARLEY fit into an A cup. It's SOO embarrassing and I get made fun of a lot for it. I'm highly considering plastic surgery. Can someone give me tips on how to make my boobs bigger? I've tried taking fenugreek pills, and nothing. I'm currently taking pills called Miracle Bust, and after a month, my boobs are supposed to have grown a bit. I'm just trying it, so we'll see. ALSO, people say "you're young they'd still growing give it time" but they're not growing on their own
