Backache- feels like back"break"!
I'm 23 weeks and don't have a large belly yet (for me I do, compared to most, I don't.) and I feel like my lower back is literally breaking. I work on my feet all day and I've tried wearing a belly support band, heat, ice, massage, exercise, Tylenol and even a warm bath and nothing seems to help. Any tips? Will this pass? I'm so nervous because I have a ways to grow and I'm already feeling like this... My pregnancy has been smooth sailing until now 😩 How do you manage the pain?
