I always think "what if I didn't know I was pregnant"

I haven't had any real pregnancy symptoms besides missed period. So I always think, besides the whole not bleeding every month thing, would I have ever known until I got obviously big? How crazy would that be to just live life like normal then out of no where feel kicks from the inside of your tummy lol
