Thrush

Hey guys so i had a thrush build up i get it every month 3 days before my period for the last 2 months i have had it every day nothing helps. I started last week taking tablets and it went away today my bf and i had sex ( finally) but we had to stop as his dick was covered in white stuff and it was pouring out of me...i have discovered it was my thrush. My tablets built it up and numbed my itchiness. Any one with advice on how to make it go away?? Or any help...doctor cant help me. Been there done that. No use. I am really getting over it!!!
